EXCELLENCE IN BUILDING

LORENZO RUDY DELGADO
of VISUAL CONCEPTS

I opened my design practice in New Mexico in 1988, providing estimating services primarily in the Santa Fe area. In 1991, I received my General Contractor's license, and added project management and residential contracting to my scope of work. Through the 90's I designed and built many homes in and around Santa Fe, focusing primarily on alternative building systems, such as recycled metal stud/roof systems, energy efficient materials, fixtures, and appliances. In 1999 I moved to Minnesota, and became the Project Manager for International Building Concepts, in the Twin Cities area, which provides a unique housing system for disaster relief around the world. In 2001 I returned to Santa Fe, and am presently continuing my design practice here in New Mexico in the residential and commercial areas, and specializing in sustainable sites, water efficiency, environmental quality, and Energy Star compliance.
