SIDNEY SINGER - LORN TRYK
Oshara Townhomes LLC is owned by Sidney Singer and Lorn Tryk.
Mr. Singer is a 55-year resident of north central New Mexico, a retired physicist from the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and an experienced developer and builder. His past developments in the area include Quemazon Communities, CarriageHouse Homes, Camel Rock Suites, La Serena subdivision, La Vida subdivision and El Nido. He has also spent 40 years serving the community and the arts. He received the State of New Mexico Distinguished Public Service Award, and in 2006 was designated a Los Alamos "Living Treasure".
Mr. Tryk is a licenced architect who has been in business in Santa Fe for over 30 years, and who specializes in sustainable design and development. Mr. Tryk is the urban designer and planner for Oshara Village. His past developments in the area include CarriageHouse Homes, El Nido and 301 Guadalupe Center. He is also a partner in Aldea de Santa Fe.
Oshara Townhomes LLC was formed to create townhouses and patio houses in Oshara Village that are state of the art in energy efficiency and green design. Utilizing factory-controlled conditions, the homes will achieve a very high level of structural quality generally not seen in homes of this size and price.
The design of the Oshara Townhomes reflect the philosophy of creating intimate and private outdoor living space that forms the heart of urban homes within walking distance of the town center.
